Leonardo here is a level 3 drawing life user from Freyr. He is really not a character good at fighting he is more of an ideas man. He understands architecture and could easily dream up some kind of weapon, crane or fire fighting machine to help with relief efforts.

I'm ok with randomly assigned teams. It sounds a good way to gain some new cr! As mentioned above he and Leo had spoken about getting together to build a machine at some point so they will probabally still find the time to do that.
